About The Show:

The Green Room Presents a once a month celebration! 

Come as you are every last Wednesday of the month featuring a rotating variety of themes, performers and performances with Kings, Queens, DJ and dancing! 

Join us for a night filled with joy, inclusivity, and art in honor of the history of pride and the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community. 

$12 Advance online or at the Box Office / $15 at the Door Day of Show

GRSC intends to be a safe space for all ages. Not all events are suited for all ages due to capacity, noise levels, and personal preferences and beliefs with regard to art, entertainment, and live music performances.

  • Club Access, Administrative, and Credit Card Processing fees included in ticket price. 
  • Each guest requires a General Admission All Access (GA) Ticket for entry.
  • Advance table reservations available in addition to GA Ticket for guaranteed reserved seating. 

Step 1: General Admission All Access :

  • General Admission All Access includes access to the entire Club including dance floor, bar, and lounge.
  • No seating guaranteed. Table reservations can be secured with additional purchase. 
  • Tables not reserved or claimed will be released 15 minutes after performance start to GA All Access ticketed guests.

Step 2: Table Reservations (optional):

  • Add a table reservation with guaranteed seating.
  • Each guest much hold a General Admission All Access ticket. 
  • Reserved unclaimed tables will be released 15 minutes after performance begins unless otherwise requested in advance. 
  • Advance Table Tickets available online until day of show or sold out.
  • Choose Table 11 for ADA. Please email reservations@clubgreenroom.com for ADA questions. ADA seating is also available in the Bar and Lounge without reservations.

General Admission Club All Access Ticket

$12.00
General Admission All Access includes all access to the Club, but does not include guaranteed seating. 

Seating (including ADA seating) is available in the Bar and Lounge without reservations or additional fee. 

Scroll down to add a table reservation and seating front of stage in the Ballroom for the performance. 

Each attendee is required to purchase General Admission Club Access Ticket(s) for each attendee in addition to table reservations. 


Table reservations are not required. Tables not reserved are available first come first claimed at performance start time. 

Unclaimed reserved tables will be released 15 minutes after performance begins.

The Green Room Artists Fund through Arts and Culture El Dorado

A tax deductible donation providing funds directly to artists and for the production of performing arts of live concerts, festivals, and events. The Fund works to create consistent high quality production and opportunities for artists to play in EDC.

General Terms
General Admission All Access Ticket required for all ticketed shows.
Table reservations are available at additional cost.
Table reservations DO NOT include General Admission All Access Ticket.
General Admission All Access ticket will need to be purchased at the door if not secured in advance. 

All tickets, online and in person, are inclusive of all processing fees including a Club Access Fee that entitles the purchaser to Club Access, Club Services, and some Member Benefits for the date and time noted on tickets.

General Admission All Access Tickets can also be purchased at the Club Box Office during open hours prior to the performance, subject to availability. Prices may be higher day of show. 

Up to 100% of all funds collected via ticket sales are paid out to performers and production to provide quality live music!
Refund Policy
All purchases are non refundable under any circumstances. Please don't ask. Artists are paid out a majority percentage of ticket revenue for services performed and sometimes are traveling long distances. You may transfer tickets to a friend. Cancellation Policy
Tickets for rescheduled events will transfer to the rescheduled event date. 

Refunds will be processed for most cancelled events.

Age Restriction
This event is 21+ with identification being checked at the door after 6:30pm

GRSC General Policy: Underage guests along with any and all individuals suspected of contributing to underage guests use of alcohol or use of illegal substances will be immediately asked to leave the venue.

Miscellaneous Policies
Service Fees are necessary for the administration and processing for online ticketing services. The service fee charged to GRSC from TicketSauce (TSI) for onlne ticketing is set at the minimum service charge of 5% + $0.99 per ticket, which is included in ticket purchase or alternatively will be charged from TSI to the Ticket Buyer. Point of Sale service fees are $0.99 per ticket. This ticket service fee will be deducted and managed via the TSI Software. Credit card processing fees may also be included in online purchase.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By purchasing a ticket, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against El Dorado County, the Event Organizers, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

The Green Room Social Club Presents quality live music, performances, and events in historic Downtown Placerville.

An intimate venue with a stage designed by and for professionals including engineered acoustics, lighting, and video. Each event is a unique and professional production; including weekly Open Mic and Karaoke nights.

GRSC features local, regional, national and International artists and bands up to seven days a week - check the calendar often for upcoming events!

General Admission All Access Tickets are required to gain access to the Club for most events. Limited table reservations are available to guarantee seating. 

Box Office open most days at 4pm with Happy Hour specials from 4-7pm.
